Statement

Skin care is not a moment.
It is a rhythm of decisions —
read first, layer gently, repeat with care.

At Mili Clinic Sinchon, no two skin programs are identical. The skin is read before the treatment is chosen. Care is layered gently, never overloaded. Patience is part of the design.

Every program is supervised by the attending physician, and every session ends where the skin says it has had enough.

Why skin care,
done at Mili.

Skin care is not a moment. It is a rhythm built over weeks, not minutes. Five principles guide every program at Mili Clinic Sinchon.

— 01 / 05

Skin reads first.

We read the skin before we plan the program. Hydration level, pore condition, pigmentation, sebum balance — analyzed first, treated second. No program runs without a reading.

— 02 / 05

Layered care.

Hydration, exfoliation, regeneration — each addresses a different need. We combine programs the way a gardener tends seasons: timed, patient, layered. Care that builds on itself.

— 03 / 05

Doctor-led,
every time.

Every program is designed and supervised by the physician. Aestheticians work under direct guidance — the eye that reads the skin is the eye that adjusts the plan, every session.

— 04 / 05

Maintenance
over miracle.

Great skin is not the result of one heroic session. It is the result of patient, consistent care — small inputs, repeated over time. We design for the long arc, not the dramatic moment.

— 05 / 05

The skin you
live in.

The goal is not perfection. It is comfort. Skin that feels right under your own hand, looks even in any light, and asks nothing of you. The skin you live in, every day.

Layered Approach
Five stages

Skin changes
in rhythm.

Real skin care doesn't happen in one visit. It unfolds — slowly, predictably — as the skin renews itself from within. This is the rhythm we design around, and what to expect along the way.

The Mili Protocol
Three steps · One doctor

How a care
program unfolds.

Every skin is read before any program begins. Every plan is personal — designed for the skin in front of us, not borrowed from a template. Three steps, every time, by the same doctor — from the first reading to the long arc of care.

Step 01 / 03 15 – 20 min

Skin reading
& consultation.

We measure what you cannot see in the mirror — hydration level, sebum balance, pore condition, pigmentation, sensitivity. The skin is studied with diagnostic imaging and a clinician's eye before any program is designed.

Diagnostic imaging · Lifestyle review · 20–30 minutes
Step 02 / 03 Custom layering

Personal
program.

From four available programs, the doctor designs the right combination and sequence for this skin. Booster, brightening, acne and pore, or medi-spa — chosen and layered to address what this skin actually needs, in what order.

Program selection · Session schedule · Home care plan
Step 03 / 03 40 – 80 min

Ongoing
care.

Every session is supervised by the physician, with the plan adjusted as the skin responds. The program evolves with you — what works in spring may shift in autumn. Skin care is a relationship, not a transaction.

Treatment Programs
Six devices · One room

Four programs.
One philosophy.

Four programs, each designed for a different concern, each built on the same principle — patient, layered, supervised. Used alone or in combination, never as a one-size template.

01
Hydration · 30 min

Skin Booster

Microinjections of hyaluronic acid delivered directly into the dermis. Hydration that doesn't sit on the surface but lives where skin actually holds water.

Use · Deep hydration, fine line softening
Course · 3 sessions, 4 weeks apart
02
Pores · 45 min

Acne & Pore

A combined program for active breakouts and the pores they leave behind. Inflammation calmed, oil regulated, texture refined — without aggressive resurfacing.

Use · Active acne, pore visibility, post-acne marks
Course · 4–8 sessions depending on severity
03
Tone · 40 min

All-in-One
Brightening

A layered approach to uneven tone — pigmentation, redness, and dullness addressed in one program. Brightening that builds, not bleaches.

Use · Pigmentation, redness, overall tone
Course · 5 sessions, 3 weeks apart
04
Care · 60 min

Medi-Spa

Clinical care delivered with the calm of a spa. Deep cleansing, regenerative serums, gentle resurfacing — all clinically dosed, under physician supervision.

Use · Maintenance, recovery, monthly care
Course · Monthly or quarterly

FAQ
Five questions

Answered
plainly.

Five common questions about skin care at Mili Clinic Sinchon. More specific concerns are best addressed during consultation.

Yes — and often the most effective skin programs do exactly this. Hydration, brightening, and pore care can run in parallel or sequence. The doctor designs the right combination and timing based on your skin's current condition and goals.
Most skin care programs have minimal downtime — mild redness for a few hours, occasionally subtle pinpoint marks from injection programs that fade within a day. We design programs around your schedule so visible recovery is rare.
First visible changes appear within 1–2 weeks — usually in texture and tone. Deeper changes (hydration retention, pore refinement, pigment fading) build over 6–12 weeks across the program. The skin you see at the end is not the same skin you brought in.
Most skin care programs are gentle. Injection-based programs (skin booster, brightening) include topical anaesthetic; the sensation is a brief pinch. Spa and care programs are relaxing rather than painful. We adjust intensity based on your sensitivity throughout.
Skin Booster: 3 sessions every 4 weeks initially, then quarterly maintenance. Brightening: 5 sessions every 3 weeks, then seasonal touch-ups. Acne & Pore: 4–8 sessions during active phase, then preventive monthly visits. Medi-Spa: monthly or quarterly, ongoing.
