Statement

Lifting is not a device.
It is a sequence of decisions —
read first, layer second, stop in time.

At Mili Clinic Sinchon, no two protocols are identical. The face is read before the device is chosen. Energy is layered, not stacked. Restraint is part of the design.

Every shot is delivered by the attending physician, and every session ends where the face says enough.

Why lifting,
done at Mili.

Lifting is not a device. It is a sequence of decisions — what to read, what to layer, where to stop. Five principles guide every protocol at Mili Clinic Sinchon.

— 01 / 05

Diagnosis first.

We read the face before we choose the device. Skin thickness, SMAS position, fat distribution, and aging pattern — analyzed first, treated second.

— 02 / 05

Layered lifting.

SMAS, dermis, fascia — each layer responds to a different energy. We combine devices the way a tailor combines stitches: precise, intentional, layered.

— 03 / 05

Doctor's hand.

Every shot is delivered by the physician. No delegation, no shortcuts. The angle, the depth, the count — all decided in real time, by the person reading the face.

— 04 / 05

Right density,
not more shots.

More energy is not more lifting. We place shots where the face actually needs them — and stop where it doesn't. Restraint is part of the design.

— 05 / 05

Subtle refinement.

No pulled look. No obvious tightness. The face is the same face — only clearer, more defined, more rested. The result speaks for itself, softly.

Layered Approach
Five depths

The face is not
a single surface.

Skin is built in layers — and each layer ages differently. A single device cannot reach all of them. We read each layer separately and choose the energy that belongs to it.

The Mili Protocol
Three steps · One doctor

How a lifting
session unfolds.

Every face is read before it is treated. Every protocol is built before a single shot is delivered. Three steps, every time, by the same doctor — from the first reading to the last pulse.

Step 01 / 03 15 – 20 min

Skin analysis
& reading.

We measure what cannot be seen — skin thickness, SMAS depth, elasticity, fat distribution. The face is read with diagnostic imaging and a clinician's eye before any energy is chosen.

Diagnostic imaging, clinical assessment
Output

Step 02 / 03 Custom layering

Custom
layering.

From seven available technologies, the doctor selects the combination this face requires. Layer by layer — SMAS, dermis, surface. The protocol is drawn before the room is entered.

Layer map, aging pattern, patient goals
Decisions

Step 03 / 03 40 – 80 min

Doctor-led
treatment.

Every shot is delivered by the physician, in real time, with adjustments made as the face responds. No assistant performs the lifting. The result is the work of the hand that read the face.

Lifting Lineup
Six devices · One room

Every major energy.
One protocol.

No single device lifts a face. We hold every major lifting technology in one room — and choose the combination this face requires. The lineup is the language; the protocol is the sentence.

— 01 / 06 4.5 / 3.0 / 1.5 mm

Ulthera

The gold standard. Focused ultrasound to the SMAS — the deepest lifting energy a non-invasive device can reach.

Energy
Microfocused Ultrasound (MFU-V)
Best for
Lower-face descent, jawline definition
— 02 / 06 Multi-depth

TuneFace

Microfocused ultrasound with adjustable density. A finer lifting language for faces that need precision over power.

Energy
Tunable MFU
Best for
Mid-face lift, fine contouring
— 03 / 06 Monopolar RF

Oligio X

Monopolar radiofrequency that heats volumetrically — softening the lower face and tightening skin from within.

Energy
Monopolar RF
Best for
Skin tightening, jawline, full-face firmness
— 04 / 06 Bipolar RF · Light

InMode

A platform that pairs RF with light energy. Layered tone, texture, and surface lifting in a single visit.

Energy
Bipolar RF · Light-based
Best for
Tone correction, surface tightening
— 05 / 06 HIFU · 1.5 / 3.0 / 4.5 mm

Shurink

High-intensity focused ultrasound across three depths. A dependable lifting baseline that pairs with every protocol.

Energy
HIFU (Multi-depth)
Best for
Whole-face firming, maintenance
— 06 / 06 Monopolar RF · Deep

Titanium

Deep monopolar RF for volumetric heating. Reaches structural depth where ultrasound stops — a complement, not a competitor.

Energy
Monopolar RF (Deep)
Best for
Sub-mental contour, deep tightening

FAQ
Five questions

Answered
plainly.

Five common questions about lifting at Mili Clinic Sinchon. More specific concerns are best addressed during consultation.

Yes — and in most protocols, they are. SMAS, dermis, and surface respond to different energies, so combining devices is often the more effective approach. The doctor decides which combinations are safe and appropriate for each face during analysis.
Most lifting sessions at Mili Clinic Sinchon have minimal downtime — mild redness or a slight feeling of tightness for several hours, occasionally up to a day. Microneedle RF (Eve Titan) may leave subtle pinpoint marks for 1–2 days. Specific recovery is reviewed before treatment.
An immediate firming is often visible the same day, as treated tissue contracts. The structural result — new collagen and remodelled support — develops gradually over 8 to 12 weeks, with continued refinement for several months.
Sensation depends on the device and depth. Focused ultrasound and deep RF carry a brief warm or sharp sensation per shot. Topical anaesthetic is applied before treatment, and intensity is adjusted in real time. Most patients describe it as tolerable rather than painful.
Structural lifting (Ulthera, TuneFace, Titanium) is generally repeated every 12–18 months. Lighter modalities (Shurink, surface RF, microneedle RF) are used more frequently, often quarterly, as part of a maintenance protocol designed for each patient.
